Worth the drive ✨ My husband and I made the trip from New Orleans to indulge—and it was so worth it. Being celiac, there are just some southern comforts I miss… and biscuits are at the very top of that list. The VB gluten-free menu is truly a dream come true! And the fact that my family can enjoy their own delicious, non-GF options too? Perfection. Today’s customer service was absolutely 5-Star, from Sophia all the way to the general manager. Thank you for the full belly, the warm hospitality, and making my birthday feel extra special. 💙 Biscuits + joy = the best day! PS would LOVE a franchise in Metairie!

This is my third visit in 2 weeks. It has been a good experience every time. The gluten-free biscuits are delicious 😋. This visit is had the silence of the lambs on a gluten-free biscuit and daughter had the silence of the lambs on a regular biscuit. We both enjoyed them. The servers were very attentive. Katie encouraged us to leave a review. The music is enjoyable.

Amazing to have glutenfree options let me just start there, as someone who wants to enjoy a breakfast with family. However, maybe plan ahead as this biscuit took 45 minutes to make. I do get glutenfree needs to be made to order and I'm lucky I wasn't in a rush, otherwise I might have had to ask for a refund because that's quite a long wait. They did say when it's busier they usually have some made, and I came early, and also you can place an order online for pickup. So this is mostly a reference to plan ahead. Biscuit was delicious, it's a large size and we'll worth the price ($3.50). Will come back either with family or a pickup order
