It was fantastic, the staff was super friendly and very attentive. We luckily got a table without reservation, so we could stay an hour, but that was no issue at all as our food arrived very quickly! The food was delicious! I had the Shakshuka and it was amazing! I was able to substitute the bread for gluten free bread and even that was really good! They even asked me if I have an allergy or intolerance. They actually asked every table after ordering if someone has any food allergies. So an overall great experience, will go here again for sure!

Delicious, but we left with a rather sad feeling at the end. Standard service fee of 5% is included in the bill, but apart from that the payment terminal (and the waiter) asks you if you want to leave any tip, which seems a bit odd if you have already paid the service fee. We paid both because my friend wasn't aware of the service fee, which at the end of the meal felt like we were being tricked. Apart from that my friend had a gluten allergy and couldn't have the regular bread (which costs 1,5 pounds if ordered separately). She asked for a gluten free bread for which 2,5 pounds were added to the bill, but didn't get compensated for not having the normal bread... At the end we gave about 6 pounds for service (service fee, tips and extra from the bread), which is a bit misplaced considering the unfairness. At the end it felt like it was just a money making machine for tourists that won't ever come back. What a shame!
