What a top class bakery - quick and helpful responses, and turned around a beautiful (and more importantly, tasty) large rainbow cake with only a couple of days notice like it was nothing. None of the gluten-eaters could believe it was gluten free or vegan and happily ploughed through it. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a special/beautiful cake to take a party up a notch.
