Good value and decent food compared to restaurants nearby. Seating is allocated quickly even though there is a line, as food is pumped out super quick.
10-15 min waiting in peak 7:30 time on a Saturday.

Authentic Vietnamese at a reasonable price. Staff was excellent, we are gluten free and they were very knowledgeable about GF options and recommended delicious choices. The ambience was nice, we shared a table with others, which we enjoyed, but may not be everyone’s favorite thing. We also took food to go that heated up well. Overall recommend!
