Oh wow what an experience. We tried all of the sandwiches and cakes and they were just beautiful. I’m coeliac and vegan so finding somewhere that caters for both and creates the most amazing flavours. I’m literally singing their praises from the roof tops. A hidden gem in Ipswich.

Vikings Bakehouse do really good lunch offerings like sandwiches (see in the picture a gluten free hoisin satay bahn mi). They also do pizza swirls which change on a regular basis and brownies and cakes like the biscoff cupcake, great if you have a bit of a sweet tooth!
