It happened for the second time!!
Renowned not only for the good pizza it makes, but also for its gluten-free!
For the second time in a year I had the gluten-free pizza remade twice and twice it was inedible... wrong taste, I had asked for no dairy products and I found mozzarella on it and the second time it was a truly inedible crunchy piadina.
But I have a doubt, sometimes I got it to take away and paradoxically it was doable! Will there be two different pizza chefs?
The fact is that I wouldn't recommend it... interminable wait and the typical pizza of the past is just a distant memory!
As far as intolerances are concerned, little attention and care for the customer!
