Villa Negrilli is a amazing, cozy restaurant found off the Taconic Parkway. Their dishes are robust in flavor and the staff is attentive and accommodating. They also accommodate allergies such as Gluten intolerance. It’s the best Italian food in Dutchess County!

Absolutely amazing food! I am so picky. I also have diet restrictions. One of them being gluten free. I have eaten there several times and I have never been glutened. They take it seriously. I have never tasted such tender calamari....ever! Every single thing I ate and my company ate was delicious every time! It is a great experience. The staff are welcoming and friendly. You really do feel like family. I suggest making a reservation because with how busy they are, I am not the only one who feels this way!
