Villa Palma Ristorante

This was a terrible experience! We were just there celebrating our 8th year anniversary…some how it turned out to be the worst. The pasta I ordered was described on the menu angel hair with the option of gluten free, but when it arrived it was penne and the waiter said the gluten free is penne. I was not notified that all they had was penne. So I asked why am I getting penne, when my order was angel hair? Then the waiter said all we have is penne gluten free. But no one asked if I would be ok with that! I didn’t touch the meal and sent it back. When we got the bill they charged us!! This is unacceptable! You make a mistake and I pay for it?! Not about the money but I would think that they would have the courtesy to not only take the meal off but even do something else considering I ended up with nothing to eat. Very disappointed with poor customer service and no regard.

I came here with my family to celebrate my birthday and we had a fantastic time. The waiter Justin was very attentive, made great recommendations, and helped make my birthday extra special. The restaurant design was a beautiful mixture between elegant and modern. I ordered an espresso martini and shrimp gnocchi alla vodka, and a side Cesar. Everything was spectacular- the best meal I’ve had in a long time. We had a celiac guest whose requests were accommodated, and he loved his gluten free pasta. We are from out of town but would certainly make a trip back to the space coast just for Villa Palma!
