Village Cafe -At Whiteman Park

First time visit the park with my family on weekend. Had fish and chips and chicken burger with a cold pressed juice called ‘strawberry lemonade’. Best burger and juice we have ever had. Kids had ice creams too. Despite being busy in weekend, the staff members were very friendly and polite. They have variety of food available for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and other alternative meals. Also, they provide tap beers too. Enjoyed the meal and atmosphere.

My partner, Granma, and I enjoy a meal & drinks at this cafe, as well as 3 Icecreams. We tried the following food: breaky wrap, aussie burger, and another burger with a gluten-free bun. The breaky wrap was delicious, saucy, but not too saucy, with the eggs scrambled just right. The meat in the burgers was delicious, with the chips on the side being the highlight of the dish. I HIGHLY recommend trying their chips, I haven't had chips that good in many years. I especially enjoyed the ice cream and good selection of flavours, and they also have a fridge where you can buy packaged ice cream if you prefer. The atmosphere is marked a 4 instead of 5 out of 5 because some of the surfaces weren't the cleanest outside. On the other hand, I don't blame them as this is a family-friendly cafe. I highly recommend this place for casual family gatherings rather than a professional one, or just to pop in a grab an icecream/take away coffee.
