We are new in Eagle Mtn and called to ask 1) do you have gluten free, and 2) can you deliver at 5:30 pm? It was 4:27 when we called. They said yes to both. Total bill for a 16 inch "butcher" and a 9 Inch GF pep was $47.23 which included delivery and tax. We added $10 tip anticipating that all would be well. At 5:35 pm we received a text saying our order would arrive at 6:07pm. I called to complain and they said they were really busy. You promised, and We were counting on you delivering as promised. I tipped based on getting good service. Suddenly we got a text at 5:38 saying it had been delivered. No nock, not door bell, so we opened the door and there it was on the ground outside our door. Pretty lousy service and not deserving of a tip of 10 bucks. The pizza was warm, not hot. The "butcher" was okay, but nothing special, and the GF pep tasted like it was on cardboard. My point? If you can't do what you are asked to do just say so. We were disappointed all the way around. We wanted to try a new place, and now we know not to go back. I called to complain and asked what they could do about it and was told I would get a 50% refund. No sign of that on my CC account, but the full charge is showing.
