Had a charcuterie craving and ordered through Skip after a long week. They obviously prepackaged the charcuterie a few days ago which meant I received a near dehydrated meat and cheese combo that could have chipped a tooth. Had ordered the “house made pickle plate” as a side which cost $5 and received one of those little sauce containers that restaurants use for ketchup etc with one small pickle sliced up. The 3 accompaniments (berry compote, mustard and some tomato sauce) were all mixed together and tasted so strange. The wine I ordered was supposed to be “sommeliers choice” and was the worst Pinot noir I’ve had in my life, tasted like I had just brushed my teeth with an awful bitter after taste. Really disappointed in the quality of everything especially considering it was nearly a $100 order. Skip offered a $12 credit, which is disappointing considering this just became dog food. I will give credit that the gluten free bread was decent but that’s about it.
