Came on opening night, July 30. Food, service, and atmosphere were all incredible!
Our server, China was knowledgeable and warm. She made sure our order was spaced out properly and was committed to warm, welcoming service. She helped us “choose our own adventure” within a large, fabulous menu with enormous portions.
We ordered hot sauces with our khoom noj (snacks). The curry rice ball was a fun riff on arincini and the “sardines” were a highlight of the night.
The Mama Vang and Kua Txob hot sauces were both excellent compliments to the entire meal.
The pork toast is very savory but really well made.
The cabbage and chicken were both delicious. It might be the best chicken I’ve ever eaten!
We can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious, and it’s an excellent value for a high end restaurant. So pleased to have visited so early in Vinai’s journey!
My only hope is that they add common special diet markers to the menu (dairy, gluten, shellfish).
