Needs more gluten free options, but the brunch is so good!

It’s Austin and they offer no gluten-free alternatives. Had pepita salad which was dreadful. No flavor other than lemon and old, bitter cojita, like a stinky old cow. When the waitress asked if I liked it I told her that I didn’t. She offered to bring me bread. Not, can we get you something else.? Just Bread (and not gluten-free). Then she said, oh yeah, you don’t eat bread. Then she told me she liked the salad and it was their most popular. Snippy, snarly, aggressive waitress. It was like a cheap chain salad joint, with a veneer of hipster. Angry, aggressive hipster. With old cow cheese.
