Vinny’s

Staff was so nice. Gluten free crust tasted amazing but based on the after effects, would not recommend for anyone who is celiac.

My family is in town for Anime Matsuri. After spending over $100 two nights in a row, we needed something cheaper. Cue Pizza. Found Vinny’s because it is about a 5 minute walk from the Hilton and they offer a Gluten Free crust. Food trucks are hardy gluten friendly, so this was another good thing. We ordered a 16” Gluten Free, half pepperoni, half other meats. We arrived while our pizza was about to go into the oven. The manager, maybe, offered us water while we waited, which was very nice. He made sure we were the right, “Steve” since everyone is named Steve. When our order was ready, they were out of the Mexican Coke we ordered so he gave us regular Coke and an extra to make up for the lack of inventory. The pizza was as good as Gluten free can get for people who do not like gluten free but have to accommodate. The flavor was great. I highly recommend Vinny’s. I realized I had been there before about 2 years ago and I remember it being great then too. Thanks Vinny’s for a wonderful eating experience.
