I have a gluten intolerance so I was really excited to know they had gluten free options. I ordered the Vinsetta Blanco pizza on the gluten free crust but the waiter informed me that the white sauce isn't gluten free so we changed it to a red sauce. Right before the waiter brought it to the table, he realized it got made with white sauce. Unfortunately, I had to watch my boyfriend eat his meal while I waited but it was maybe 10-15 minutes. It was fresh and delicious. I'm so thankful the waiter was conscientious of my dietary restrictions. I understand the risk of eating out but I would definitely come here again.
