We were looking for a place that also did gluten-free cuisine and this was a truly happy surprise. Prepared place, they have many proposals from the Trapani culinary tradition. We tasted some appetizers and some fabulous gluten-free linguine with courgettes, pistachio pesto and speck.
then a delicious dessert, a special gluten-free cannoli with pistachio, hazelnut cream and mascarpone freshly prepared hot and hot.
