Our server Gabby was excellent both times we were in. We were visiting from Arizona and haven’t had the customer service we experienced here. The food was amazing and I am celiac and everything was clearly marked. Thank you for the great experience. We will be back.

Was a bit confused at first because the vibe is very new Orleans, carnival but the food is American/Mexican. They are obviously busy and pushing to get food out quickly which resulted in my hubby's omelette being burnt around the edges and the eggs were overcooked, my tots were missing the eggs completely and when they came they were under. However, the service was impeccable. Everyone was helping, they fixed any issue immediately and politely, and the atmosphere made it a fun experience. Would definitely give this place another try. My one note is that the hot chocolate is an overpriced novelty: it comes from a packet. For something that is made such a big deal, you could just make this at home pretty easily. Very Instagram able though! Has lots of gluten friendly options!
