The venue is great. Coffee v good - eggs on toast a bit prepackaged and ok. Gluten free options good… if they have in stock? The reason for the question mark is this… opening on time at 8.00 am this morning was a fail. The first team meet and we arrived to find no sign of life at 8.10am. I was told that 1 staff member is allocated to open up at 8am “as there’s so little demand at that time…” that’s a really bad fail to have no back up. As an ex cafe owner I would hate to run a venue this size with no back up… I wouldn’t do it. To fob me off stating it was unavoidable is unacceptable really. I read this as “go away I really don’t care if you had to go to another food outlet”. I also worked on WW delivering a. On time high level graphic install here. On time as was written on the can.
