We went for brunch and I called to make a reservation, no one answered the phone, no one called me back, so we just showed up. The host did not seem happy that we did not have a reservation and implied that it could be awhile as they were quite busy. I could see multiple empty tables all around. We ended up being seated quickly. I love the views of course and the many gluten free options for my husband. My steak benny on a biscuit was good, but my husband's chicken benny was a little lacking in chicken. We tried to give it another chance as a work group, I emailed and called to make a reservation, no one contacted me again. We have moved on to another restaurant, good customer service is vital in a domain that has so many options.
