I recently was diagnosed with Celiac disease and can no longer eat gluten. Finding a restaurant that is gluten-free has been difficult. I have tried several restaurants that state they serve gluten free items but I have had cross contamination causing a flare up and reaction. Vitas serves gluten free pasta and pizza. The staff that served me were Brandon and Henry and another was Hailey. Henry did an excellent job explaining the GF options and process. Brandon, my server, was open to listening to my needs and assured me that he would speak with chef, Angel, regarding how not to cross contaminate. It has been several hours after eating the delicious gluten free pizza and no reaction. I am so thankful to these individuals for working together to allow me the opportunity to feel safe and enjoy. Celiac is a silent disease but serious, and having a safe and enjoyable meal is wonderful. We will be back. Thank you again, Angel, Brandon, and Henry.
