Vita was great! Service was perfect despite how busy they were. Our server was knowledgable about celiac disease and plenty of gluten free options on the menu, despite those options not being clearly marked. Thanks again!

The hospitality is top notch. From the hostess to the servers, they are very attentive and make sure you are well served. The restaurant has a romantic chiq and eclectic vibe that ties well with the modern Italian cuisine. Talking about cuisine, the flavor profile of the dishes are a unique combination of Italian classics with modern techniques. The stracciatella is paired with prosciutto and a curated olive oil that enhances the rich and creaminess of the cheese. The arancinis are fantastic. My favorite pasta was the balanzoni, which is a chef specialty but the capeletti was just as good. My wife is gluten free and they had the best gluten free pasta she’s ever had. Lastly, I don’t like sauces on my steaks but the bisteca al fiarontina is paired with a red wine and balsamic reduction that adds a lot of flavor to the steak, I loved it. 10/10 from my view.
