Vitality Bowls

This place was great when they first opened, then the they’ve been going progressively downhill to the point where I think I have to cut them off. Their current staff is generally unhelpful and really doesn’t seem to want to interact with customers past the bare minimum, which is made worse with their new and universally hated pickup system/app that almost removes humans from the process entirely. Kinda seems like the kids there just want to get paid to stand around and talk about whatever they did last night. There’s no consideration at all for pickup orders, which is a nightmare when your workplace has several celiacs and everyone orders their food from the same place for the shift.
