Vito strikes again!! I've been to both Mother Wolf and Felix in the past month, and can confidently say that Vito has BETTER pasta than both these places! I didn't even know it was possible to make gnocchi with as light and pillowy a texture as Vito does, and the pesto sauce is the creamiest and most delectable that's ever graced these tastebuds. The wait staff is incredibly friendly and fits right in with the cozy Italian atmosphere (though it can get a little loud in the main dining room). Vito himself also assured me that the entire menu is keto and gluten friendly-- I don't know how they do it! Anyone looking for a 5 star classic Italian meal must come here.

This is the kind of restaurant that police Chiefs, mayors, and judges have been going for decades. Waiters wear suits and ties, and offer cloth napkin service. The food is good quality and fresh reminiscent of high-end New Jersey style Italian restaurants. Veal scallopini, breaded sand dabs, Arabiatta carbonara, lots of options in the pasta department and even willing to do gluten free. The service is so great they will substitute almost anything on the menu and bend over backwards to make you happy. Caesar salad is made at your table by the waiter and the dessert tray comes around on wheels. It's a throwback place definitely a good place to get a martini and take a date.
