Viva Margarita

Overall we had a great dinner here, with a star knocked off for a few things. Good stuff— VERY vegan and gluten free friendly! Our server was quick and friendly, and did a great job preparing our tableside guac. Our group tried a bunch of cocktails and they were good to very good. Entrees were all beautifully presented and very tasty. The flan was excellent. On the downside, all of our food came out room temperature. Not a single meal was hot. The chocolate dessert was dry. Worse, we had multiple cocktails cleared from the table before they were empty. One mezcal marg was cleared when it was 1/3 full. Not cool! We ended up having to watch our drinks like hawks before they were swooped away. Also, we had to ask several times for napkins and utensils, as the ones provided weren’t enough and utensils kept getting cleared from the table. We’d absolutely go back, but look forward to seeing the service polished quite a bit.
