For me it is the best paella in Formentera. In addition to being delicious and with a lot of “chicha”, it is abundant. Every year we repeat. This time we also chose an off-menu suggestion, sautéed squid with mushrooms and sausage, spectacular! I have celiac disease and they also have the best brand of gluten-free bread. They served it to me with the typical aioli for me alone 🙂 Vogamari is highly recommended🙌🏻
