Terrible experience and be careful: if you suffer from any food intolerance or allergy, be prepared to be made fun of by one of the waitresses, making you feel different and wrong. Introduction: I worked as a waiter and bartender in the summer in the past, I know the effort and the mistakes that can be made, sometimes physiological, for this reason I say with the utmost firmness that this is not the way to work with the public. We had a table of about 30 people, I had called personally and the only kind waitress and person who is saved from this place had assured me that there were gluten-free options such as cutting boards or cecina which, although cooked in an oven where pizzas are cooked, had specified that the cecina are baked separately from the pizzas, I made my very personal decision and said okay, everything seemed to have gone smoothly. We get there and sit down, the location with tyrannosaurus mosquitoes aside and little consideration to chase them away by the place was quite nice. A blonde waitress arrives (who honestly in hindsight I don't know if she was in the business) and asks me what I want to eat, I specify that I was the celiac person who had called before and I order the things we had previously agreed, the lady starts to make a fuss saying that there was contamination, gluten, then she asks me if I am just a little intolerant or celiac, I tell her "as I have already told you I am celiac, which is different from being allergic" and the lady in a creative peak and with a degree in social engineering tells me "AH WELL A CELIAC IN A PIZZERIA, WE'RE GOOD." To report. Congratulations, nice way to approach a person who absolutely did not choose to be celiac but was born with it and to whom you had previously assured over the phone that you had something to eat for celiacs. Luckily, the girl on the phone came later, the only kind one who tried to fix things because I was really upset and they brought me appetizers and cecina. While waiting I witnessed beautiful scenes: waiters who asked the same person 6 times if he had ordered a lager (to the point that the person in question was rightly annoyed), waiters who huffed in front of the customers because they couldn't understand whose order it was, staff always on the defensive and who pointed out that it was us customers who had made the wrong order (I witnessed at least two wrong pizzas but there were probably more and in the end they understood it was their fault) with people who waited forever to have a margherita. I had never written a negative review in my life, I am someone who was once even poisoned by a normal pizza due to a waiter's mistake on the first day and I told the restaurant that I would not report them as long as they did not fire the guy for his mistake... but here there are no excuses, terrible service and they do not know how to deal with the public. To the girl on the phone I can only advise her to change her workplace because the place does not deserve her and to the one who took my order and then mocked me for being celiac I advise her to dedicate herself to the cash register, at most.

A beautiful pizzeria with very kind, very polite and professional owners....possibility for celiacs. Ground floor and parking for disabled people
