I love their sushi and every time I've gone the staff is very knowledgeable about what is safe

They were very accommodating and helpful in dealing with my gluten allergy. They provided gluten free soy sauce for me! They also told me they would not include the tempura flakes and make sure things were noted that I couldn’t have wheat products. I ate around seven in the evening and it’s around midnight as I’m writing this now. I feel fine so far too. For those who have gluten allergies or sensitivities this is somewhere I would recommend visiting. It’s nice to find a place where it’s not a big deal to have a food allergy.
