Great experience at Volcano! Delicious lamb chops and dry aged bone rib eye! They also help with gluten free options

Neither the waitress nor (shockingly) the chef had an idea about gluten intolerance / allergy and I had to push strongly to 1) Convince them that a steak was okay to eat and 2) Swap out a low-cost (included) side so I was able to enjoy a meal with my team. Good food but a very poor overall experience and would avoid if you have an allergy.
