I had the Houston Caprese on Cauliflower Crust, it was delicious!!! It's hard to find a gluten free pizza crust that isn't frozen and thin....Im going to venture a guess to say this was homemade!! Big props for that!!!I I would have asked but there were no servers. You order via QR on the table you scan with your phone. You pick up your own food at the window. Forks, napkins and to go boxes are self-serve, you bus your own table, and you order drinks at the bar as you go. But there is a place to leave a tip when you pay your tab at the end through your phone. What am I tipping for??? It is not a personal experience but it is a unique environment. I had the Washington Brewery Tropical Cider, the flavor was very unappealing - I could still take the yeasty fermentation which did not mix well with the tropical flavoring. I could not finish it. We ordered fried pickles which my daughter loved, the dill pickle pizza which my husband loved and the homemade chips. The chips were chewy, not crisp and were underwhelming. Over all 3/5 Stars and I would give it another go in the future.

Great food and drinks, easy to use app, and very fast service. Gluten free options were great quality.
