Today we ate at the vrutal. My wife has celiac disease, and she requested a gluten-free dish. When the bread arrived, it didn't look like it was gluten-free. We asked the waitress, and she confirmed that it was gluten-free. He went to the kitchen and also asked the cook. 3 hours later my wife is vomiting. And it's certainly not because of cross contamination. The consequences in allergen management are super important. And it puts people's health at serious risk.
