During our stay at the Banff Springs we ate here twice. I have Celiac and both times we went here the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about my needs. The night we arrived (in the late evening without another reservation) we ate in the pub. Had the braised short rib - was amazing! Later in our stay we ate in the upstairs restaurant - terrace section. I had the GF Schnitzel and it was so good. My husband had the regular schnitzel with Jaeger sauce and loved it. His pro tip: dip the pretzel in the Jaeger sauce. We skipped the cheese fondue but had the chocolate fondue - amazing. *cross posted to find me GF with more GF details.
