Yummy food. Fantastic gluten free menu

This place is a dream come true. I have Celiac Disease, so , for those who are unfamiliar I cannot have cross contamination with gluten due to an autoimmune response. I met with Manny (GM) tonight to give feedback. This location has the best food and service imaginable, but more importantly, I felt safe enough to eat here 3 nights in a row during a business trip. I actually booked my hotel directly across the street in order to have dinner here every night. The service is amazing, even when it gets very busy. The servers are attentive even when they have a full house and the food comes out HOT and delicious every single time. I am from the Seattle area and I wish that there was an establishment that took allergies as serious as this place. I never eat out at home and this Wingers location has made me feel like a normal person again. Thank you Manny and all of the staff at Wingers Nampa for making my business trips not only bearable, but enjoyable every single time. I will continue to book across the street at the Holiday Inn so that I can enjoy the service that you provide within walking distance.
