Went to Wingers for the first time last evening. We hit the dinner rush so we were told there would be a 30 minute wait. We asked to order take out and the young lady told us it would be even a longer wait for that. We left and got a hotel room and called back 45 mins later and put in an 4 dinner orders. When we arrived we were informed the fryer for gluten free was inoperative. If they had taken our phone number when I ordered, they could have told us and saved us the wait for regular fries. Our order came and we added a 1/2 Chef salad to the order. We received our order and I tipped the hostess and then drove to our hotel only to find there were no napkins nor silverware. Rather than eat it with our fingers, I called Wingers and the young lady asked if I wanted to come back she would give me silverware. I drove back and also informed her I didn't get a chef salad. I got 2 side salads.... She said no you got a chef salad. Then she asked me what's on a chef salad. More than a side salad! She replied just lettuce, tomato and croutons make the chef salad. She said I have to ask if I want silverware. No the restaurant employees should ask if we need silverware if they are going to be that cheap as to save money on napkins and plastic silverware... I also never got a receipt in the bag when I got back. It made for a very frustrating experience. The food itself was very good though I would have liked it better with a chef salad and something to eat it with......The staff was pleasant but they definitely need a little more training and supervision.
