We ate into this restaurant because it was said to be aware of celiac disease and have knowledge of how to manage gluten free meals.
Unfortunately one of the dessert was not gluten free, it contained biscuits even if I reminded to have a gluten free version of a simple icecream, claimed to be gluten free in general. The problem was that the biscuit was under the icecream, so my child ate a bit of it because not visible.
We received the apologies of the waitress and we appreciate it, but for who works in this business paying attention to allergies and intolerance is always a must.
