Came here for my birthday with my family, and we left before even ordering. The menu had lots of “gluten-free” labels, but when we asked the waitress to confirm (my sister has a gluten intolerance), she said “Korean food isn’t gluten-free,” then admitted the mandu dumplings (which were very much labeled “gluten-free”) actually were made using wheat flour. Unless I missed the memo on that one, that’s by definition not gluten-free. When we pointed that out, she just said, “She’ll be fine.” Nope. Not okay at all. If you’re celiac or gluten-sensitive, this place isn’t safe despite what the menu says. Just wanted to share so no one else gets caught off guard!
