Myself and my family (party of 4) visited today as I had read they offer gluten free options, which I required.
Arrived around 2pm and the place was pretty quiet so we got a good table. The restaurant was nice and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Once I had ordered our food, I can only assume the manager or owner came over to explain that the gluten free meal would be cooked in a dedicated fryer and my dish would be served separately so no cross contamination. Very comforting they took this requirement seriously. All our food still arrived at the same time though which was good. My gf cod and chips with tartar sauce was absolutely delicious. Perfect batter and lovely sauce. Everyone enjoyed their meals, no complaints whatsoever. We would definitely come here again, no question. Unfortunately, the manager wasn't around to thank when we left so if you read this, thank you for a lovely meal. 😊
