First time to the east coast, came through and hit the Waffle Bus Stop. The owner is so lovely, welcomed us in and gave us a great rundown of the menu. I got the gluten free seasonal fruit waffle with syrup and chocolate sauce.. so delicious and filling! You’d never know it was gluten free (not like the typical dry, crumbly gluten free breads and waffles). 10/10 would recommend.
