I don't recommend this place for exciting Gluten free options. Unfortunately the waffle they have is not very tasty and unless you willing to pay significantly more for an attempt at remaking the waffles advertised for regular waffles it's just not worth it. The server was kind however my waffle was cold. Beautiful atmosphere, it just doesn't meet expectations.

This place was great! Gluten free option was delicious, tasted great and not too dense (if you are gluten free you know). It was clean and the coffee was great! Highly recommend!

Hector was so personable and welcoming. My daughter is gluten free and he has worked to perfect a gluten free waffle that tastes great. I have had the regular waffles on a different visit and today had gluten free with my daughter. The flavor is amazing. The presentation and customer service is perfect. This is a must for anyone visiting Boise. Stop in for a savory breakfast or just a sweet treat. You will not be disappointed and will leave full and satisfied!
