Great gluten free options

Tried this place for the first time last week on our annual trip to Vegas. Usually we eat on the strip but since most places there don't offer much for gluten free, we researched a few new options. This was THE right one. All of the food was great, but the best was that ALL the waffles, even the specialty ones, were also offered in GF. This is a big deal for people who most often get stuck eating omelettes or eggs, meat and potatoes. I had cherry berry. So yummy, and so appreciated by someone who is always hoping for waffles, pancakes or bread that won't hurt them but also tastes good. Waffles Cafe nailed it! Also the girl who waited on us was super sweet and helpful.
