Great service here with particular attention to dietary restrictions- gluten free. Kids menu was good value and we enjoyed the new honey chicken. It was a little fatty in places and the gyoza could have been cooked a little more. Really attentive staff who looked after us throughout and made sure we had a nice table and were happy with everything. Fast turnaround on freshly cooked food and lots of options. Would recommend for families needing gluten and non-gluten containing options.

I ate here a couple of weeks ago with some friends, and I just wanted to write a review to say how amazing the girl who served me was! I have coeliac disease, which must be treated as an allergy. When I told the waitress, she immediately got me a separate menu and explained that her supervisor/manager would be over to take my order and deal with me specifically. I've eaten at Wagamamas before, so I did expect this, however the girl was just so kind and really put me at ease. It is so hard eating out with allergies sometimes due to the anxiety of it, but she left me feeling confident I had nothing to worry about. If she reads this, she had blonde hair and glasses, you are a gem!! Food was tasty and atmosphere is casual and cosy. Thank you!
