My girlfriend and I came for dinner last night and we were so impressed with the level of service we received. We were served by Alina (I think this was her name!), and she was absolutely incredible. My girlfriend is coeliac and she was so attentive and helpful in making sure there was so cross contamination, she even boil washed her cutlery for her! The service could not have been better from her, and we hope she receives praise for her effort regularly because her service was outstanding ❤️

Great experience for my first time at Wagamama's yesterday. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was impressed with the service for people who are gluten-free. My dish was cooked specially by the head chef. And the food was delicious! It's nice to go to a place where excellent customer service is still at the forefront of the experience. Thanks to the whole team!

Busy Saturday afternoon, left before 8 o clock, had a lovely and energetic waitress called Emma, she really made our trip worth it. Always delivered with giggles and smiles and she brought the jokes with her too. Also had the manager Charlie serve us due to a gluten intolerance, he was really understanding and even gave us some extra pickles for the wait. Memorable trip and loved every second! Thank you guys 🫶
