Me and my friend visited this evening. Me with coeliac and my friend with a dairy allergy. The process made us feel very at ease and made us feel safe to eat there. Many options for a dairy allergy and a quite a few for gluten free options. Joe (I think his name was) looked after us and knew the menu very well, but still double checked to make sure nothing had changed. All round great service and a great place to go with allergies!

I cannot resist going to Wagamamas whenever I'm at the metrocentre. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. They're very thorough when it comes to allergens and have the manager take and deliver the order. There's so much to choose from for being gluten-free. The vegan options also taste incredible - the mushroom skewers are fantastic. I really like how healthy and fresh the food tastes, and this is consistent every time I visit. Definitely recommend! I wish they'd open one in Durham - it would do very well.
