Great Experience each time I go. Managers are always patient with me and very helpful particularly because I am on a Gluten Free Diet and have certain food allergies.

Had an absolute mare just because we tried to order gluten free. After ordering a gluten free meal, we were forced to order with the manager..which would’ve been fine, but they then added it to the bill twice and when we tried to get it refunded they forced us to fill in a form, saying we’d only get the refund in a few days, instead of just giving it back. Really makes having an allergy at a restaurant embarrassing and difficult. Disappointing for my favourite restaurant.
