A warm welcome at the door, seated quickly, efficient table service. Food and drinks were flavoursome and vegan menu/gluten free options worked well for us. Toilets upstairs including some inclusive "everyone" non-gendered toilets. Webpage for this venue states that a portable ramp is available for access and there is a disabled toilet; for staff assistance press buzzer next to front door. Also states free wifi, baby facilities, braille menus, induction loops and magnifying sheets.

As well as the great customer service, I have never been disappointed by any of the dishes I have had there, they are always well presented and delicious, really an amazing restaurant.
