Lovely meal out for our 9 year olds birthday lunch. We all had roasts and were seriously impressed with the quality; beautifully cooked, presented and tasted great. Desserts had a good range of options and our mum was so impressed with the gluten free menu, with loads of choice and good portions. Puds were pub classics, but very reasonably priced given some other places are charging upwards of 8 quid for a dessert these days. . Lovely, friendly, attentive staff who even accommodated us being really rather late due to travelling from a long way away to visit our parents. My kids were bouncing off the walls having been stuck in the car and there is a little garden with a play area for them to have a reset and let off some steam. Lovely family friendly pub-we will definitely be back. Thank you Floyd and team.
