This restaurant was great! They had a fair number of gluten free options for someone with Celiac. The service was also amazing. We were greeted, seated immediately at 11am on a Sunday, our server was phenomenal, and we were checked on repeatedly. If we lived in the area, we would be regulars!

We’ve been going to Walker Bros for decades now. Their service and food are excellent and consistent. Our family favorites are the gluten free pancakes, the Bacon Lover’s with basted eggs, eggs Benedict, and the Walker Bros special which is like a skillet with eggs hashbrowns and sausage. My mom moved from Texas to Chicagoland and for several months before her move she kept saying “I can’t WAIT to go to Walker Bros.! I’ve been dreaming about it for months!” She loves the Dutch baby and the pecan waffle with scrambled eggs. All in all Walker Bros is a lovely family place to eat and gather and it’s entirely worth the wait on the weekends.
