Wallflour Bakery

I found Wallflour Bakery through Google. I needed gluten and dairy free items for a party in NC. I live out of state and took a chance on them based on their reviews. The reviews were right. They made a carrot cake not on the menu. I also got blueberry muffins, chocolate chip cookies and some breads and rolls. Everything was very good. Much of it would be hard to distinguish from conventional items. Also, they were responsive to my web-based request. I loved working with them via text to nail down the details. They were willing to deliver 35 miles away for a reasonable fee. Everything arrived nicely boxed. Their prices are on their website. While pricy by conventional standards, the goodies and their service are not at all conventional. It was a wonderful experience and I'll probably keep overordering the next time I'm in the area because everything is so good. If you have dietary restrictions, or if you just love tasty baked items, please give them a try.

Being an elite procrastinator, I reached out to Wallflour Bakery at the last minute, literally late on a weekend night, asking if they could make a cake for me for my friend's birthday. Color me surprised when I got up the next morning to an email confirming their ability to complete the order! We met Monday afternoon, the cake was beautiful and smelled so good! We celebrated on Tuesday, and boy, it tasted as good as it smelled! I ordered a Seasonal Berry cake, and my friend really enjoyed it! It was a challenge to find a gluten-free baker, but now I've got their page saved! Wallflower Bakery is the best! Thank you!

Ordered a 10 inch gluten free carrot cake for my wife’s 50th. Delicious, and way beyond our expectations. If you’ve been burned on GF cakes before, stop here. Order from Wallflour and be done with it. Incredible! Thank you, Allison.
