Since I last rated this place Wal-Mart has stepped up it's game a bit. I am disabled and had trouble locating a motorized cart with a charged battery. Previously customers were in charge of the motorized carts, putting them back and plugging them in to charge. Terrible idea. Customers are never the most responsible of people. They want to get in and out ASAP. Now that the greeters are in charge of maintaining a charge on the carts there is less wait time and you are less likely to have to switch carts hald way through your shopping trip. Hopefully Wal-Mart will continue to work to make it's store more friendly to the elderly and disabled. There are a lot of us in the community. I would like to see more food for special diets kept in designated areas. This is done to a certain extent but some wading through aisles of food one can not eat on a special diet is still necessary to find the foods one can. Nothing is gained by putting special diet foods in with regular diet foods (for instance gluten free with regular varieties that contain wheat flour). If you can't eat a typical American diet you aren't going to purchase impulsively whatever else is on the shelves nearby. You can't eat that stuff. Still Wal-Mart does okay in this area. Stores must keep in mind America's changing demographics if they wish to stay competitive. We are getting older, we have more long term health issues. If a store wants our money it will have to make doing business with them as pain free as possible. Keep up the good work Wal-Mart.
