Walmart Supercenter: The Thunderdome of Retail.
Stepped in for paper towels. Came out 3 hours later with a kayak, a gallon of pickles, a blender I didn’t need, and a mysterious bruise on my shin. Classic Walmart.
This place is like a theme park without the roller coasters — just pure chaos, fluorescent lighting, and a constant game of “Where did they move the bread this time?” I witnessed a toddler riding a mop bucket like a chariot and a guy in pajamas buying lawn chairs and a chainsaw. Iconic.
The employees deserve medals. One helped me find gluten-free cat treats without judging me. Another calmly ignored a man loudly asking Siri where the fishing rods were.
10/10 experience. You haven’t lived until you’ve fought for the last rotisserie chicken at 8:53 PM while Celine Dion plays faintly over the speakers.
