Mostly a food prep place, meaning you prepared bowls, burritos, etc from the fridge and you can heat them up in the provided microwave or take them home and eat them later. Or you can order things fresh. It is delicious food! We tried their fresh smoothies, prepared smoothie bowl, and mcArthur chicken bowl and all were divine! Super clean eats and SO MANY Gluten Free and vegan options. Love this place

Have nothing but great things to say about this place. I have gluten and dairy sensitivities and I can always find plenty of great options to fit my needs. The portions and protein content is awesome! Always satisfying. I travel a lot for work and meal prep is extremely difficult. These meals are easy to freeze and reheat. Try a smoothie when you go in! You won’t be disappointed.
